Heeger Materials Inc. was established in 2016 in Colorado, USA. We are an emerging technology company that specializes in 3D printing powder materials, coating powders, laser cladding powders, injection molding powders, soft magnetic powder materials, alloy materials, and custom powders.

Our team is proficient in various powder production techniques, including Vacuum Induction Gas Atomization (VIGA), Electrode Induction Gas Atomization (EIGA), Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP), and centrifugal atomization. With 40 years of experience in powder production and equipment design and manufacturing, we have established strong collaborations with domestic and international research institutes, universities, military units, printing service providers, and equipment manufacturers. Our 3D printing powders are compatible with a wide range of printers, including EOS, SLM Solutions, Concept Laser, ARCAM, Bright Laser Technologies, Farsoon, and others.
